Leadership is influence
Titles don't transform operations; influence does. The diagnostic identifies the people whose influence actually moves the process — and those are where change leadership is invested.
The Law of the Lid
An organization's growth is capped by its leadership capability. If a process is failing, we test whether the lid is the process or the leadership around it — because automating under a low lid just digitizes the lid.
Develop leaders around you
The exit test of every engagement: the client's team leads the new system without us. Training in step 06 is leadership development, not software onboarding.
The Law of Buy-in
People buy into the leader before the vision. Findings are presented openly, phases are funded with gates the client controls — buy-in is earned in every gate, not demanded at kickoff.
