BIO // THE CONSULTANT BEHIND THE METHOD
Systems engineer first. AI strategist when it earns it.
Business Navigators is led by an engineer who spent a career fixing systems before automating any of them — industrial engineering, systems engineering, and enterprise architecture across aerospace, electronics, medical devices, automotive, healthcare, insurance, government, and IT/telecom.
Global remote consulting since 2007
CAREER // THE PATH
A career in three movements
Early career
Engineering the floor
Started where systems are honest: manufacturing. Industrial and systems engineering on production operations — value stream mapping, bottleneck analysis, quality disciplines — in environments where a bad process fails visibly and immediately.
The enterprise years
Crossing into the enterprise
Took the same discipline into large organizations across eight industries — healthcare, insurance, government, IT/telecom among them. Enterprise architecture and process reengineering at scale: mapping operations nobody had ever drawn end-to-end, and fixing them before automating them.
2007 — today
Building the method
Consolidated two decades of cross-industry practice into the WE method — five disciplines, five methodology masters, seven steps — and founded Business Navigators to run it as global remote consulting, applying the same discipline now to the age of LLM/AI tooling.
CREED // HOW THE PRACTICE THINKS
Operating principles
The system before the tool
Never speed up a bad system with AI. Twenty years of fixing processes before automating them is not stubbornness — it is the only path that survives contact with production.
The 30% AI Rule
About 30% of any operational process is truly machine-able. Design the automation around that number, keep accountability with people, and the transformation stays honest.
Measure, then claim
Value targets are defined in step 01 and verified in step 07. An improvement that cannot be measured against the baseline is a story, not a result.
Teach, don't depend
Engagements end with the client's team trained into the new workflow and able to keep improving without the consultant — the exit is a test, not an epilogue.
SECTORS // WHERE THE CAREER LED
Industries worked
Eight industries, one discipline.
The career is the method.
Every step of the WE method is something learned on a real floor, in a real enterprise, the hard way. That is why it works — and why it is applied the same way everywhere.
Talk directly to the engineer
No account managers, no relay. Start with the diagnostic and the person who built the method runs it.
